If there was ever a property that screams big deer this is the one! When I was walking this property the deer sign and big buck sign was everywhere. The property was littered with big rubs and scrapes. The drone pics show you the heavy deer trails and the cover on the property is as good as it gets. The treed water ditch that bisects the property acts as a major travel corridor. With room to add food and build on this property its a no brainer for deer, turkey, pheasant and grouse. It's not the prettiest property to look at but ask the deer if they care what it looks like. So if you are in the market for a property that has a ton of upside that already holds the deer then you better set up a showing because this one won't last long.
