My husband and I flew into town for a whirlwind weekend of looking at houses and finalizing job offers. We have high expectations and Jake delivered. He worked with us ahead of our visit to line up houses and neighborhoods we wanted to visit and that he thought would be a good fit for us. On that day, he had an efficient route planned to visit probably eight different places and kept us on schedule. We found a house we wanted and he worked quickly with us late into the night to put together our offer and help us negotiate successfully to obtain our new home. Jake has an easy-going personality and we never felt pressured from him in any sense - but he was also ready to strategize and duke it out to get things done! He is awesome and highly recommended!

Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable in regards to the local real estate market and possesses exceptional communication skills. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jake for their real estate needs.
